What is your shipping policy?

All shipping is free of charge. We take the upmost care in shipping your items ensuring they will arrive to you without any faults or damage.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, we are truly sorry. We take great care when packaging every piece and use reputable couriers to help ensure your order arrives safely. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

Handling Times

Stretched canvases take 7 days to be ready for postage. Once prepared, please see our eta's below.

Stretched canvas in a frame take 7 to 14 days to be prepared. Once prepared, please see our eta's below.

Domestic
Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide takes 2-3 business days via StarTrack. 
Perth, Brisbane, Darwin and Tasmania takes 3-5 Business days.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

Yes. FREE WORLD WIDE SHIPPING
We only post oil paintings and canvas art internationally rolled in a tube. If you have chosen framed we will be in touch to offer you either a refund on just the frame and continue sending the rolled canvas, or if you prefer we'd provide a full refund on your purchase.

International postage will take 8 to 10 business days. 

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

Yes, we have a 30 day return policy. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

What is an artists proof?

An artists proof is a copy of a limited edition artwork that is reserved for the artist's personal use and is not part of the main edition number
