We only post oil painting internationally rolled in a tube. If you have chosen framed we will be in touch to offer you either a refund on just the frame and continue sending the rolled canvas, or if you prefer we'd provide a full refund on your purchase.

Damage
If your item has arrived damaged, please take photos and please forward via email. We will then arrange to have the artwork collected and returned free of charge. Once received back we will arrange a full refund

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

Yes, free returns where we cover the cost of the return postage will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the artwork. We accept returns outside of the original 7 days up to 30 days. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage if returning outside of the original 7 days. The artwork must be in the original condition it was purchased in any returns to be accepted.
